Most of our bags can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For our signature canvas and vegan leather, avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing to preserve the material's integrity and finish.
Do your carry-ons fit in all overhead bins?
Our standard Carry-On Roller is designed to meet the overhead bin requirements for most major domestic airlines. However, we always recommend checking with your specific carrier as dimensions can vary.
Does BÉIS offer a warranty on luggage?
Yes, our rollers come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects in wheels, handles, and zippers. This ensures your travel essentials stay functional for years to come.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international territories. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
