At BÉIS, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 45-day return and exchange window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small handling fee applies to returns, while exchanges and store credit options are always free.
Start Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Select Your Items
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the provided menu.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, secure your items in their original box, and attach the label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
